Sleeve Hitch weld on Coupler $12 + s&h USPS Flat Rate is $11.35 This bracket is made from 1/4"x3" flat steel. It measures 3 1/2" inside to inside. The hole is punched at 21/32" so a 5/8" hitch pin will fit easily. This bracket will fit any industry standard Sleeve Hitch.
